I didn't want to start another agency. The market has enough of those. What I wanted was something closer to how I actually think about marketing — so I'm building a lab instead.

d-growth Lab started as a question I kept asking myself across every project: why does so much marketing feel like guesswork dressed up as strategy? After years of running campaigns — paid ads, SEO, content, brand — I wanted a space to do it differently. More deliberate. More tested. More honest about what actually works.

A lab, not an agency.

The word matters. An agency sells services — you pick from a menu, they execute. A lab runs experiments — you start with a hypothesis, test it, measure it, and let the results decide what happens next. That distinction shapes everything about how d-growth Lab works.

I'm not interested in delivering deliverables. I'm interested in moving numbers — and being able to explain exactly why they moved.

Learn. Growth. Scale.

The whole philosophy compresses into three words, in deliberate order:

  1. Learn — understand the brand, the audience, and the real problem before touching a single campaign
  2. Growth — test deliberately, find what works, and prove it with data
  3. Scale — take what's proven and pour fuel on it, without losing the discipline that made it work

Most marketing skips straight to "Scale" — spending money on tactics nobody has actually validated. d-growth Lab refuses to. You don't scale what you haven't learned.

You don't scale what you haven't proven. And you can't prove what you never bothered to learn.

The logo system — primary mark, horizontal & stacked lockups, clear space, and usage rules.

Data + Strategy + Design.

Most marketers are strong in one of these and weak in the others. The data people build dashboards nobody acts on. The strategists write decks that never ship. The designers make beautiful things that don't convert. d-growth Lab exists at the intersection — because growth lives there, not in any single discipline.

The belief

Data without design is ignored. Design without strategy is decoration. Strategy without data is a guess. Real growth needs all three.

d-growth Lab Visual Identity — graphic elements, icons, grid, and moodboard
The visual identity — graphic elements, icon style, grid system, photography direction, and moodboard.

What I want it to become.

Right now, d-growth Lab is built on a full brand identity system — foundation, logo, visual identity, and application — and a clear point of view. But the ambition is bigger: a place where brands come not for a service, but for a way of thinking. Where every recommendation can be traced back to evidence, and every win can be repeated.

d-growth Lab Brand Application — social, web, business card, and presentation templates
Brand application — how the identity comes to life across social, web, decks, and business touchpoints.

It's early. But the direction is clear: Learn. Growth. Scale. In that order, every time.
